Here is another idea i was thinking with the thread. this was very tricky as i had to se up the timer for it. The light kept changing and i culdnt get the camera to sit straight. Im glad i did this tho because i can now fuly visualise what i was thiking. i think that a wider lense would help me a great deal and i need to think a little more about the composition.

Developing my ideas

When i return to college next thursday we will be organising a small exhabition in our studios. I have been thinking alot about this and thought about maybe exhibiting drawings. but i have been coming back to this idea of thread and i am now thinking of presenting something along the lines of these pictures. i think this reflects the ideas in my head alot better than the square of pins i did previously. Looking back at the sketches i did earlyer in the summer i think this is me getting somewhere with my thoughts but i am looking forward to seeing where it goes now.

some new ideas

These are some little ideas that have been floating about in my head for a while. So ive decided to stop thinking and just do it. So far this is working out really well as i feel it is makeking my ideas progress further. I am not quite sure what it is exactly that i am getting at right now. But i am thinking about my comfortzone and the idea of feeling trapped or stuck by things that are not visible to anyone but me.
